In Ironbach Bike Travels we believe that you deserve a non-expensive and perfect experience. We offer two different options.
Option 1 – A ‘tailored’ solution according to your needs and requests. This option does not have a limitation with regards to length of trip, participants, hotels, restaurants, etc. You determine what interests you and we will put together a trip tailored for you.
We will meet for a non-committal first meeting in order to understand what kind of trip you are looking for and what you are interested in. It is important to note that this meeting is not limited in duration, and you are free to choose to do whatever it is you want. Following this meeting, you will receive a concept proposal for the trip according to your requirements.
After you select the destination and the duration for the trip, we will put together a detailed proposal which includes: bike routes, hotels, restaurants, local guides (if needed), and all other details pertaining to your trip. After we finalize the route we’ll put together the price estimate, according to “cost plus” – with details of the actual costs paid to suppliers with no hidden costs. Our own cost is a fixed fee which is not included in the offer. Ultimately, you determine the budget and we will assist you in translating that budget into its minute details.
Our prices for consultation, trip organization, mapping, logistics, bookings and ground details are:
2-4 persons: 600 Euros
5-8 persons: 1000 Euros
8-12 Persons: 1500 Euros
This way you know exactly what is you are paying for and are made aware of every expense.
(*) There is an option to be accompanied by one of our own staff on the trip, if desired.
Option 2 – Guided tours that we organize and are made available to the general public. In this case, you will be joining a group (either on your own, or with your friends), led either by myself or by one of our staff.
All the trips available in this option are routes with which we have past experience, having ridden them at least once, with knowledge of every nook and cranny along the road.
All available trip in this option will be published in advance with tentative dates. Prices will be available along with the trip proposal, with complete details of all expenses.
